CBI employees should be able and excited to support their accounts, enjoy their brands, and act as brand ambassadors.
the PROBLEM
My team framed the problem as the following:
Engaged Constellation Brands employees need a way to access comprehensive, updated information on all CBI products in the company’s portfolio to become educated members of the CBI community.
My team researched, designed, and tested an internal facing app previously used for the company’s sales teams and repurposed it to apply to all employees in order to solve for this hypothesis.

All users reported that the redesigned Ambassador App left them feeling better educated about CBI products and more confident and prepared to make a CBI product recommendation to a friend.
